Tonight's work...
Setting up spotlighting in the case...
And wiring up the pump switches.
The switches light up in 18w mode. Nifty, no?
I'm modding that same case!

I seldom reveal a hand before it's played, but this score was just too good.

The MSI and I had a disagreement. I said it was a motherboard, it disagreed. It won.
This is a good bit more powerful, as well as being much more robust on support. It also hits the mail tomorrow.
Not to be a fan boy or anything but ASUS rocks and has great support and has always been good to me, that is an awesome board and +rep for an awesome build.
Looks good. I still think you should have picked up a couple more 8346's off eBay and gone quad-socket though.![]()

Going full SSI-CEB would have required a new case. Yes, the boards are available, but it requires some AMAZING tracts of case real estate, as well as custom PSU setups.
I'm not discounting it when I upgrade to Shanghai/Istanbul. I'll have a pair of 8347s, finding a few more should be cheap then.
And yay again for server pulls. 4 36.4GB SAS 10k drives are winging their way to me as well. 4 more and I'll be OK. Then I get to look at STORAGE, not boot.
