the psu fits in its hole as it should

    more filing..

and now the psu together with its aperture

then i tried to get the plexi clear

    starting with 600 sandingpaper

    didnt work really good

then i tried dremel polishing compound

didnt work again, on low speed the plexi still melt

    toothpaste

better but not good, ill need to look for something else

as far as polishing the plexi you need to start with the 600 grit sand paper then go to 800 then 1000 then 1500 then 2000 then rubbing compound with a soft rag and some elbow grease then polishing compound the same way just think of it as wet sanding clear coat on paint

You got it to boot with a paper SSD and two cardboard HDD's and take a windows install - woah man, that's seriously cool!!!!

As for the polishing, raistnox hit the nail on the head - sand it with finer grits and then hand polish with the compounds.

If you don't need a perfect finish, there's one cheat.... put a coating of superglue on the sanded surface - it gets pretty close to clean. The other option is flame polishing but I can't talk about that from an educated standpoint - I bought a real cheap blowtorch and it wouldnt stay lit long enough to actually achieve anything lol

Current Projects: Lobo | Unimatrix | High Voltage | Antec 900 Revamp (Phase 2)
Completed Projects: General Lee | Synergy Green | Liquid Yellow
    Planned Projects: K-9-PC | Limey

Hihihi I thought it could be a good idea to translate what I want to tell you so have fun (Those who don't want to have fun can read the more or less good translation of myself. )

If one has started then the Traygerät to modden. (I startet to mod the Traything)

Hihi great profile has the makings there leave(Funny pattern )

The coarse form (I think this could be the only scentence thats OK)

Then there came the well-tried venal chair (aka Wacken 09 chairs) (I took out my old filing-chair (or Wacken 09 Chair))

Mhm then kan what I had feared. the part is to high (is even higher alsn ATX Mobo)(yeah the problem is that the Tray is too high)

And because me whole did not like anyhow in such a way, I have simply drilled out ma the rivets and have rescued the most important one. (I drilled out the rivets too get the most important part)

Here one also sees this the Tray with the rear part at 3 places linkedly is. will come along vlt. tomorrow in it according to lust and laune. (there you can see wehre the tray is connected to the back. maybe I'll do that tomorrow)

Well umsonstgefeilt. Aer polish all the same, nevertheless, gives riesen pleasure xD(Well filing was for nothing.. but i love filing so why not for nothign xD)
