I should warn you that Originally when I started my project I was going to adhere Carbon fiber to the outside and interior of my acrylic domes however during testing I could not get the epoxy to adhere to the acrylic which I found strange I imagine you will have a similar problem with Fiberglass however maybe you don’t want it to adhere to the acrylic leaving you with dome shape.....

All waterjets are mounted in a CNC fashion as you are cutting at approximately 47,000 psi and well you would never want to hold such a device in your hands come to think of it I don’t think you could even if you wanted too.

Oh snap, their 20" domes are cheap..slap 2 of those together and voila! Dang, I just might have to work a little extra OT this week and see if I can snag em And here I thought for my new computer (which should be running monday \o/ ) I was just going to do a fairly normal case mod...we'll see.

I was looking in google for anyone else trying to do this and i stumbled across this thread (sorry if i'm bumping this very far).
