    No, I didn't mean to give the impression that I didn't like it, it just wasn't my first preference. Actually I wasn't looking for a LED fan at the time. The fan works GREAT, and like you said at 40% its definitely quiet. When I am gaming and they kick up you can really hear it then!! So if someone asked me, I would recommend them. They have a really neat look to them as well.
