Default Painting radiator?

So I am working on plans for my next mod and I want to paint the radiator. The catch is that I will be using rust effect paint. IDK the brand because I still have yet to find some but will this harm the rad housing?
Will it harm the rad fins?
Can anyone suggest a brand? (Links are great)

Thanks for the help.

i would be concerned with too much build up on the rad fins causing decreased cooling ability. maybe a better idea would be to just lightly mist on some rust colored paint to the rad fins to eliminate any worry.

Good idea. I may not have to even do that with the fins because I may have push/pull setup so you won't be able to see them.

Much better choice. Rad paint on the fins is a different formula, but I've only seen it in black.

What about the rust effect that SXRguy did on his L10GT mod?

Airbrush. Thin coat won't affect heat transfer. I've got a couple rads I need to clean up and will be airbrushing on, probably this weekend.
