Well,Last weekend I ran foam and failed! But not upset.I learn from my mistake.Running foam rubber is very tricky

I started SAT 1:30 pm
Large Bowl foam Batch 2.5
375 grams HIGH SOLIDS FOAM BASE
75 grams MICRO-CELLULAR FOAMING AGENT™ 450 grams
37 grams RAPID CURE™ CURING AGENT 487 grams
In a separate cup weight out
35 grams of GELLING AGENT
2 grams ammonia

ROOM SCHEDULE (70-74° F) (43%)15-1/2 minutes Total Time
Start 15:30
1. (mixing) Start at lowest speed to mix ingredients, slowly (over the course of 1 minute) increase to speed 12
AT 14:30
2. (whipping) FROTH at speed 12 for 5 minutes
At 9:30
3.(medium refine) speed 4 for 4 minutes
At 5:30
4.(ultra-refining) speed 2 for 4 minutes adding 2 grams ammonia
At 1:30
5. Add GELLING AGENT, 15sec. then color 15sec
At 1:00
6. Turn bowl backwards by hand to mix gel for 30 sec , then
Let mixer run until 15-1/2 minutes have elapsed. OFF
Quick ,I poured into the mold , Put the die mold in place .
Foam gelled in 20 sec.
Cooked 11 hours at 125 deg.
2in.around the edge of the mask Did not cure.Because that is the closest to the walls of the oven.
Some bubbles,I think because it started to gel some as it pour into mold.
