I have $150 to spend and want to upgrade my PC. I haven't looked at at components in a long time and was wondering what kinda mobo, cpu, maybe ram upgrade you guys would do?

$150 really isn't going to get you far.
I'd recommend (currently) getting new MoBo, CPU, RAM.
Graphics card, IDK, how old is it?
The graphics card is about a year old.

Going off your system specs I'd say all of them. Its an older system. You might do well with uping the RAM for now and saving the rest.
That is definitely the slow point. 2GB RAM is definitely a slow point, especially on Vista.
Currently, 8gb is the norm for new machines.

With a BIOS update; even then, look at compatibility.
Look at CPU/RAM combo packs.
