    If upping your Vcore is enough to kill your PSU, then you are likely underpowered anyways.

    The temps seem ok. Did you maybe not increase the voltage enough?

    A very good point. However, if he's able to stress the cpu for 12 hours without issue, and the problem is only apparent as graphics corruption/artifacting, I'd really look to the GPU.

    I'm with Airbozo on this one.. perhaps the bus speed is being affected somehow..?

    So if you disable the OC, and return the cpu to normal operating speeds, the graphics corruption is gone completely?

    my core is at 1.424v at normal its 1.312-1.328. i not over clocking my the fsb i just raised the multiplier. i loved the pci buss at 100. according to my bios thats normal.

    i have this mobo.

    2 gigs of g skill ram at 800 mghz



    i had the cpu at 3.3 for like 2 month becuase i took my loop a part. and i never had an artifact. but now i overclocked it to 3.5 the other day and i am seeing it alot.

    and a asus 4870 dark nigh 1gb version.

    just ran fur mark everything went smoothly. when i runt eh canyon test in 3d06 the one witht he little robots of mars i think thats the only place the artifacts happen. ill post a pic.

    ok it varies . its not as bad as it was apparently. but i had bad artifacts the other day going right don't the cent of that test.




    this is the game where i nocticed it today. i just started playign this game. and its the only game ive played so far since i have overclocked.

    oh well i thought those were artifacts because before when i over clocked my vid card and i ran rainbow six Vegas 2 that's all the entire screen was. but i seen those lines every where. but thank you for helping gme
