Single sticks of 4GB DDR2-800

I wanted to buy two 4GB sticks of RAM, but they're still nearly $200 each! Any better deals out there?

Your system can't use FBDIMMs or Registered/ECC RAM, can it? Because in that case it'd be a good bit cheaper. I saw several 2x 4GB kits for ~$175, though they were DDR2-667. I guess the server market's finally making a larger market for higher capacity DIMMs, but home users just aren't quite there yet.

And an lot of the intel guys who are will be using DDR3.
