here are a few pics of the case before i did anything to it -

as you can see its an old computer but some of the bits mite come in useful and theres no point throwing them away.

    specs -
    -amd anthalon xp 1800
    -40 gb seagate hdd
    -arctic cooling cpu fan
    -256mb 2800 ddr
    -dvdrom/cd rw
    -CD/RW
    - ati radion 8000 64mb

i stripped the case so i coluld take a look at it and think up of some kind of evil plan to transform the case.

hmmm now what to do with it, ill have to think on that one.. lol

any one want to help me out and give me some ideas as to what i can do with it please post

Alot of ideas come to mind. You might try looking at Defyant's "HPRes3" project that is a "Feature" here.

Personally, I'd cut a side window, loom/sleeve all the cables, put a fan in the front (making a hole for it in the face), Repaint it, and probably swap in a newer, larger PSU.

That's easy stuff that can get you started. More complicated things I would do is to mod the current PSU (provided that it makes enough power), add some custom LED lighting, a new custom power button, powdercoat the chasis, and add a custom liquid cooling system.

I got my lovely dremel about 1hour ago, YAY so i bin playing round with that, got some nice attachments too and hopefully i will be cutting a window in the side of the case soon!!!

i have decided that im gonna shuv as many fans in it as i can lol, (think i got a addiction to fans, h8 noisy ones tho so they will have to be quiet ones)

i think i have also decided that im gonna spray it black, not gloss tho i dnt wanna scare myself wen i look at thye case and see myself. im also going to get rid of the original power buttons etc and purcase some nice switches and buttons, hehe.
