Power supplies are generally a standard mount with standard cables, so it's just a matter of pulling one out and putting another in.

Any reason for needing more power?

My dad has an HP. Its a MicroATX PSU though. Just make sure you know if your motherboard is a 20 or 24 pin and if you have a micro or not. Also, his doesn't have this little 4 pin connector like mine does. I'm thinking thats for Pentium 4's, that or I'm blind and I couldn't see his.

If its a new computer, just about any power supply will do. Try Newegg.com

If its an old one like my dads, just make sure the one you want to buy is the same as your motherboards. like the 24 or 20 pin count.
People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People’s heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool.
