Is this setup worthwhile to overclock? How high do you guys think it can get without becoming unstable?

    4-4.5ghz for benching.
    3.8-4.2 for everyday use.
    I'll procrastinate tomorrow.

Any reason for the M-ATX rather than just ATX? Just wondering.

im gonna elaborate a bit more on what i said earlier, changes i would make are as follows.

Grab the proc from microcenter, im sure someone here would be cool and ship the proc to you if you paid for it. Link

I would swap the PSU for this, its a little more, but you get modular cables

This mobo would give you more PCIe slots, and usb3 and sata 6 for less $$

Ram, you should really go tripple channel, this gives you 12 gb for less $$, and should give you slightly tighter performance

For coolers, either of these should outperform the frio for about the same price

For video card, if you plan to fold, i would recommend this, it's cheaper than the 6970 you picked out, and as fast or faster in games.

Oh, and switch to a wd blue and save $20, the performance gain is extremely slight, and you have an ssd which negates most of that slight gain.
