yea probaboly if your for it, but i woulnt do a rounded cut, just 2 strait ones and then a new rounded piece of metal.
i dunno bout the back of the case but as for the front u prolly could get away with using some auto body filler and give it a good sand. still its alot of work for something very minor but its very easy

What I would do is make one cut across the front at the edge (on the top and on the bottom) instead of the bevelled cut through the corner. Clip away what is left of the edges and use a round pipe as an anvil, then hammer your corners round. Once you have your shape, you can re-attach them with a weld, solder, rivets, screws, etc... I had to shape some stainless steel for a counter-top I worked on a while back and this method proved easier than it sounds. Just a thought...

yea i would cut off teh corners...then bondo the roudn edges
you could measure it al out and replace the front panel with colord plex. you could heat bend it where you need it . it would allow for engraveing too so you could get some nifty back lit effects
