I have the P5N-T with the 780 chipset, and it's great.
That price is just about right on with what I see all over the net, I think you'll do well with it.

what kinda stuff are you looking to do with your pc? if you don't want sli don't go with a nvidia chipset the x38 and p35 chipsets are the way to go, especially for overclocking.
if you can wait until march the x48 Chipset will be out. i will be getting a Gigabyte x48T-DQ6 and see what my quad can really do!

i`m low on budget so I take 8800gs, in future i will go with sli. I don`t want to buy another mobo in year or two so i`m looking for somthing that can be extendent in the future
