    Default PSU for New Build

I recently tryed building a new system abd the psecs were as follows

    Antel TruePower Quattro 1000W
    EVGA 680i
    2 x EVGA 8800GTS 512
4 GB OCZ 1066Mhz SLi Ready RAM

But the Quattro PSU would not power my 8800 GTS' i think its because there G92 archetecture, now ive sent that PSU back and im getting a XFX 780i motherboard so the new system will be as follows:

Intel Penryn Q9450 Quad (When Released)
    XFX 780i
    2 x EVGA 8800GTS 512
4 GB OCZ 1066Mhz SLi Ready RAM

Now i need a PSU to power this system, a lot of overclocking will also be taking place.

I was thinking about the Enermax Galaxy 1000W but i dont know if this PSU also has trouble powering G92 GPUs, help and suggestions will be much appreciated.

i'mo not sure where you got that info from but a psu doesn't care what it powers so long as it can provide said wattage.

i have the Enermax Galaxy 850 watt and love it, but this thing is HEAVY! at least 10 pounds. also its longer than standard psu's so make sure the your case can hold it.

my only complaint about it is it seems to beep when i run aquamark or 3dmark03, i'm not sure why it does this. it doesn't happen all the time and i tried emailing enermax but there site won't let me for what ever reason.

lol 1000W psu's can handle ultras in sli, forget the G92's. you sure it was the psu? otherwise it was probably a defective unit
