For some reason this is confusing the heck out of me. I got an email stating that my bill was ready, etc etc. So I go to the website and attempt to pay it. This is the result. I can't figure out what's going on here for some reason. I'm clearly confused, because what I'm reading is that I owe more after paying the bill than I did before paying it. lol?

What I'm getting is, you've got originally $19 out of the hole. You just added another $19 to your account, doubling your amount.

Yeah, basically you owed them -$19.19 so you were in credit - now you paid another 19.19 you now owe them -$38.38....

Don't spend it all at once (assuming you could get it back even if you tried)

or basically they owed you $19.19 and you gave them another $19.19 so now they owe you $38.38 lol

How billing works from what I gather is that you had already had a credit on your acount for $19.19 meaning you wouldn't have had to pay this month and instead of noticing that your account had credit on it left you added another $19.19 to it. So now you should be set next month and theoretically the month after but I don't know the size of your whole bill.

So weird. I can't figure out where this credit could have even come from. Hmm.

Verizon usually wont even let me pay more than what is due unless I fool their billing system by making two seperate payments so it doesnt make sense that they would let you pay more when you were already overpaid. I say call them up.

I have overpaid with them and they promptly mailed me a check for the amount. I agree, call them.
