No, its not a refrence model (as much as i wish it was. lol) but it overclocks as high as ccc will let it go on shaders, i've never tweaked ram though.

Motherboard with two PCI express 3.0 x16 slots - $125
Corei7 2700k (from the forum) - $200
16Gb Ram kit - $80
Your 6950 (to give me 2 total)- $230

I have the rest of what I would need, so for $635 I could take my pretty nice computer and really give it a kick in the pants. My wife would kill me though. I would need a buyer on my current setup . . . anyone looking to trade?
