The loss of fans wouldn't concern me personally, panel fans tend to disrupt proper airflow anyways and I wouldn't be surprised if he actually got better cooling performance by closing off the side. Check this out.

In doing research for my own little project I've come to the conclusion that case manufacturers really don't care all that much about airflow... They just want to do whatever it takes to get your money... Placebo cooling FTW.

More on topic though awesome PCI covers, I'm definitely gonna have to try that some time, +rep for the awesome idea.

Thanks !!!! In my project the airflow will not be injured, my idea is: One CM Megaflow 200 (modded to blue leds) in the frontal panel, two Blue CM Silent UV Fans on top to exaust and one Blue CM Silent UV on back to exaust..

You seriously polished those capacitors?? Awesome detail. Wow

I would break them right off if I tried it. I do not have a steady hand at all.

That paint is beautiful, nice job! This will be sweet when it's done.

Well.. The DVD drive broke completely clean appearance. To correct this, I have a small solution:

    Cuted Cover Bay:

The metal color after the cuts are very ugly combined with the black, to correct without having to paint everything, I went to manicure box of my sister and I stole a black enamel.

    Hohohohohohoho

    The result is this:

    Perfectly!

    To complete:

    Neon Sound Control
