Hey again, sorry I kind of don't remember posting this thread, I think I was a little drunk when I wrote it....

    The card is a GV-NX79X512VB-RH
Hasn't been OCd (Because I had always planned to sell it)
    I bought it for $549 on 12th March 06 from newegg.com

    Any offers?
    H

i have a friend who might be able to scratch out around 350$ for it, i know it's not nearly as much as you paid for it but he's not exactly big on cash right now. I'm still not sure if he will be able to buy but would something like that be reasonable to you?

currently, the X1600X and the 7800GS are the last cards to have AGP slots.
i would not reccomend an 8800GTX. the 7900GT is a superb card and the 8800 is overkill and a waste of money that can be focused on other parts of your system

Fact number 1. Lets see, the 8800GTX is a pretty darn new card with a heck of alot of power.

Fact number 2. AGP is becoming old and I don't believe manufacturers are really even interested in AGP anymore since PCI-E x16 seems to dominate the Gaming and GPU world.

?Fact number 3. I don't think they even make AGP 8800GTX's after I did a quick google and newegg search.

Conclusion. So if he is upgrading his GPU, as that is all he has listed for information, Then I would have to guess that it is a PCI-E x16, am I right?

Or you can just skip all of that and newegg it and see if there are any AGP versions of the card he is offering, if not, then google it and see if there are any agp versions there. Otherwise it would be pretty safe to, once again, assume that it is a PCI-E x16.

Okay wow, I seriously need to get a job. I'M SO BORED! lol
