Trip to South Africa
Some of these photos are nice, some are just ok. Taken with 3 different cameras becuase there were 3 of us in the car lol.
My family and I took a trip to South Africa for a few days and we got to see some wild life.
We went to a Lion Park first. Had the trip setup through our transportation company and even had a tour guide.
He gave us some binoculars and my duaghter thought that was pretty cool.
First area was the plains where the game animals are.
Zebra
Blesbok
Gemsbok
Springbok
They get pretty close to the car.
and this little guy. A Mongoose.
Now for the Lions
He came closer and ploped down about 20 feet from us.
Then chased after one of the ladies :whistle:
and ploped down again
2 younger males were chowing down on some leftovers
The movie "White Lion" was filmed with several of these lions.

oooo she looks tasty (This is when we closed the window....) (stupid Americans...) (OK our tour guide said it was ok but here he said "may want to put that up now...")
