Other things i've done that arn't typical to a asus vento case.

the front power switch changes colors from red to green. it has a reset screw. and quad LED lighting for the front ducts.

I'm also using 110v fans instead of 12v there Dayton 120mm 115Cfm fans. And i've rigged up a 110v fan controller. i'll post more as i go. lol if i find out actually some one is interested in hearing about it i guess.

all of the heatsinks have been lapped i guess you call it. including the north and south bridge heatsinks. the 8800GTS is actually cooled pretty well.

    heres a video of that

That video is pretty old. it shows artic silver but i'm using the new ceramique stuff. actually works quite well after it sets up. with all the cooling i have now it's a base line temp of 125F and I havent seen it go above 151F. mind you this is a Super Super Clock Edition 576Mhz/1.35Ghz Spu's. It gets flippin hot.

These really are 1 off cases. Suprisingly my case is around 5 years old now. Still looks brand new. I got this cause I was done with Rectangle stacks and wanted the easy way out. Stock cooling on it really does blow chunks. But it has potential to do well the main chassis is pretty much sealed except for the front intakes and rear exhaust. As of current at full bore 100% fan speed. at which on paper should be 230Cfm keeps the 8800SSC at a nice 123F idle and 140's on a good load.

oh yea more pictures.I'll try and explain as I go along. But I was never one for blogging about what I do.

I needed to clean my table. this picture is about a month ago.

Here is the cpu duct by its self. It's smooth. but i'm still attacking it with hand sanding and clear coats.
