Or its maybe because you have speakers on the side of the Screen?

On my Toshiba Satillite they are down by the key board.
here's something you can try. I have heard that SOFTLY massaging the pixel with a Q-tip can sometimes fix the problem. When you understand the science of how LCD works, it makes sense.
Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity.

Id have to find it im not willing at the moment but theres 2 things you can do. There is an mp4 out on the web that flashes rapidly different colors and this miraculously fixes dead pixels 80% of the time. Just look up dead pixel youll prolly find alot of crap about the PSP ig ot the mp4 from a psp site and it truely does work. Another method I used but very tiem consuming. Play a game on it like Counter-strike for like 10 hours i dont kno how long you actually have ot play but i played cs for about 10 hours and it fixed every single dead pixel i had and i had about 20(NO IDEA WHY SO MANY)
The file is called "Dead Pixel Cleaner" and you can get it at http://files.pspupdates.com/cgi-bin/...0,0,0,0,21,329.
