I saw it on saturday with 2 of my brothers. And we all Agreed: It suck!
Sorry guys, that movie is not that good.
- Dialogs are cheesy.
- I never saw so much advertising in one movie.
- The end is too simple: some haven't see the movie, so I wont say anything else on that part.
- Total American propaganda. (Sorry for those who want some...)
- The director made also a couple of advertising on his others movie.
Ok, the CGI was great, some of the battles are nice, but that's all
Anyone who think a computer is sexy need to #$? and fast
The movie seems to be receiving fairly good ratings from what I can tell, as for myself, I agree with them. This movie is no *Pan's Labyrinth, but I think as a summer flick, its great/perfect. It's definitely worth seeing at least once, unlike Shrek 3, which I thought was somewhat of a let down. Shrek 3 was a good... Shrek movie, but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise and I wouldn't want to see it again any time soon. For Transformers, yea, I would probably go see it again with family and/or friends as a social activity if there wasn't anything else to do.
I will say however, that I wish I couldn't agree with Slytherock, if only somewhat. I went in expecting this movie to be an instant classic that everyone can enjoy time after time again. I wouldn't say this is true for Transformers, its a good summer flick, but thats it. When I pull out the Transformers DVD and the 300 DVD for a good action movie for the night, I'll probably choose the 300 movie.

*only referenced for comparison as its one of my absolute favorite movies.
People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People’s heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool.
I agree with these two:
- Dialogs are cheesy.
- I never saw so much advertising in one movie.
But otherwise I thought it was Amazing, I will own it on DVD!
and More than likely purchase some Transformers
It was wayyyy better than, Live Free or Die Hard, 1408, and Evan Almighty.
Yeah, but the advertising was COOL. That's the thing. Yeah, that '07 Charger? Yeah. That's Bumblebee. Bitchin'. That Mountain Dew vending machine? Yeah, that's a robot too.
But yeah, some of the dialoge WAS cheesy. Mainly the stuff like when Starscream transformed from the jet into, well, Starscream, and he said "Starscream!" or when Optimus was like "Megatron!" and then Megatron said "Prime!", but still, it was a bitchin' movie
if I can find an '07 Charger/Bumblebee transformer, I WILL own it. =D
