You won't need an AGP slot do you?
If not, I found this AM2 motherboard that is less than the 939 one you picked out.

    C2D 4300

keep an eye on the E4300 too price cuts are supposed to drop it to around $130usd. And if you have a mobo with a flexible FSB and voltages you can push the clock up over 3.0GHz on stock cooling.

The E4300 will launch first at 1.80GHz (200MHz x 9.0), followed by the E4400 at 2.0GHz (200MHz x 10.0). Since the clock multiplier is fixed at 9.0, the only hope for overclocking is by increasing the FSB frequency. With such a low default clock multiplier, you can actually overclock the chip pretty easily.

Using Gigabyte's GA-965P-DS3 motherboard, our engineering sample was able to run at 3.375GHz (375MHz x 9.0) at 1.468V using a stock Intel cooler. Although the E4300 still only has a 2MB L2 cache, when overclocked to over 3.3GHz you end up with a chip that's faster than Intel's Core 2 Extreme X6800 - at only $163. The E4300 gets even better in Q2 when its price will drop from $163 to $133, making it even more of a bargain.

I'm gonna recommend the K9A Platinum over that. It's got:

    Dual Gigabit LAN
    Crossfire-ready
    Looks
    8-channel integrated Audio
    Easy overclocking features

    Thanks for evrybody's responses!

and thank you Redundant to sort that matter out while I was away.

I like the prices at Newegg... the only problem is that I live in canada (which Is whi I use tiger direct) so therefore A) newegg doedn't ship to canada, B) convert the USD to CAN brins the price up, longer shipping, more cost, and cross border fee, which is even more cost, so all in all I might just as well get the boards from Tiger direct.

I have made my desision what I'm going to get.

and thank you evryone, once again!

+rep to all! (you deserve it, it doesn't take much to make me happy.. though if you don't recieve rep that'll probably be becouse I already gave some too u before...)

sometimes I feel lost... than I remember I'm not going anywhere.
