See why do peopele still buy cd burners? Like their $20, for an extra $10 you can get a nice DVD Burner. This is why games come in 4 cds instead of 1 dvd disk. You may think its wise "hmm I'll save ten bucks!" but no. Atleast buy a dvd player or a combo drive?

I have a burner of both varieties, at first it was because my CD burner burned CDs crazy-fast, but now it's mainly because the burner of the DVD variety doesn't like burning CDs... that and I like having two drives.

Looks like some good stuff you're getting there Kevin.

Here's the bare bones of the beast.

I'm going to start painting the small parts, then make the fan base. The base of this PC is perfecto for a fan mod. Like I said, this case is tall and slim.

Latest Pics. I've started on the fan base for the PC, and I'm adding venting holes to it. It's not finished yet, but it's gonna be all I do until tomorrow.

At school right now. I'm gonna go get some bondo, some wire, screws, nuts, bolts, random hardware, Skittles, and a hammer (when I get pissed) sometime this week or next week. Also, the fan base is almost assembled (just need another clear piece of plastic for one of the holes in the base). I'm going to use thin fans and air ducts for this one

Hammers are so much cooler than sledgehammers because-

    A. They're not heavy as hell.
    B. They smash things with little effort.
    C. They have a tendency to become a stress-reliever.
    D. They pull out nails.
    E. Ichbin is cool
