have you checked out SFF Tech.com ?

they have pretty good forums and articles on the site that may point you in the right direction...

i used to know of a specialized watercooling site for shuttles/sff's but i cant find them anymore.

This post may be a bit late but I do have this xp-90c with the "c" standing for copper.

The xp-90c does great for my athlon 64 3500+ ,but it does have height and wieght to it. Also, to mount it to my motherboard, it requred abit of modding.

When I did research on this heatsink for when I built my system, I think I found a chart of somesort that told of what would and would not fit. As for the size of the xp-90c it is about 3 inchs high and has a unique shape (like some sort of engine)

If you consider this heatsink you could just side cool it by placing fans on either side of the heatsink, like some sort of tunnel effect. You don't have to have a fan on top to heatsink, or would ya?

that might work as I was planning an intake on the side panel right next to it and an exhaust fan above it. Hmm.... 3 inches if just the HS w/o fan right?

You want a pic with a ruler next to it (On a Asus A8N Sli Deluxe mobo??) That way you can see the mesurments.

also the xp-90c requires a custom bracket to hold it in place.
