If by "will this all work," you're wondering if it's compatible, most of it will. The only components you really have to worry about regarding compatibility are the mobo, CPU and RAM. The only thing that won't work is the RAM; you want to purchase DDR 400, but this particular mobo doesn't support it. Try shopping for DDR2 533, which should come in 240-pim dimms; this is what the mobo supports. It seems that DDR2 and PCI express are really starting to take over...

I did not check your peripherals, because I'm just giving you tips for compatibility. However, I'm going to break that rule and recommend that you get an SATA hard drive instead of an IDE one. SATA is apparently faster than IDE and the extra bucks can't hurt. Save the IDE port on the mobo for the DVD drive. I hope this helps, happy shopping.

Looks good to me.

Of course, it'd probably be a good idea to get a second opinion regarding actual performance. I know all these parts will work together, but some of them are a little new for me to judge the tech specs.

Anyone else here willing to comment?

another thing, are you SURE you want that case? you can get MUCH better case for that price. also you need a better power supply. the one that comes with that case sucks. and $15 2.1 speakers? may be get these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16836113163 also $200 20" LCD?? you get what you paid for. what is your budget for this comp? it will make it easier to help you if we know the budget.
