I bought this case because I thought it would be super quiet, but its still pretty loud, its mostly coming from the power supply. Its the SMART power 2.0 Any suggestions on making it quieter?

Hi, I'm not sure how much experience you have but here are some suggestions.
1 - you can try shock mounting the PSU.
buy some tiny rubber grommets from a hardware store and put them in the screw holes that hold the PSU in the case. This helps isolate the vibrations. You can also buy silicone gasket from mod shops like frozenCPU.com or mnpctech.com.
2 - if you're not afraid of voiding the warranty you could replace the fan with a quieter one but opening a power supply can be hazardous. there are high voltage capacitors inside that should not be fooled with.
3 - if its a new case and the PSU doesn't sound right it, you may just want to return it under warranty for a new one.
