    Default graphics card waterblocks

Are the waterblocks for graphics cards universal, or are there different blocks for different cards?

There are some that are specifically made fore one card. Then there are others that can be used for a bigger range of cards. I don't think there is one that can fit every card out there.

    Example:

    8800GTX only

    Compatable with more cards

What card do you want to cool anyways?

I was wondering if it was even worth it to cool my Radeon 9600, because the fan is pretty noisy. It's a replacement RadioShack fan. The original one burned up.

Is your computer allready water cooled? If yes then it isn't to much work to hook up a extra block. But if you have no water cooling I would suggest either dealing with it or maybe getting an artic cooler they are quiet, cheap and cool well.

Simon has the right idea. If its just a 9600 theres no need for extravagant cooling, but, of course, silence is golden.
