Some good brands of cases are Cooler master, NZXT, and Thermaltake. If you're thinking of a side window on your case, go with either NZXT or Thermaltake. If you're looking for good cooling, go with Cooler Master. You have some great hardware, and I expect to see a PC come out of it all :p.

For air cooling, I stick with ZALMAN, perfect cooling, nice looking...

For your HDD, Maybe you can consider 2* 320GB and forget about the RAPTOR: if you put them in raid you will have almost the same result as a raptor alone, but with extra space. The Raptor is loud and cost 200$ more then the Caviar

And you can put that extra 200$ on a decent mobo (sorry I've always hated Intel boards...) like the ASUS

    Just my 2 cents

Nice build BTW Wish I have this kind of money

Edit: Why get a SATA DVD burner, when you can have the same results with an ATA Drive and 70$ in your pockets

The Asus Striker Extreme is really nice, but also expensive... Not to mention that it seems to be out of stock everywhere.

Another option would be the EVGA nForce 680i.

    The Zalman 9700 is a good heatsink/fan.

    EDIT:
I just realized that your power supply won't work with your build. It only has 2 PCI-e power connectors and your 2 8800GTX's will need a total of 4. Here is a list that nVidia certifies.

the one raptor is for playing games with faster access times
    bad decision ?

1- reading TH review (I hate naming them...)
f data transfer performance is all you are looking for - video and audio editing in high quality would require high throughput - the RAID 0 array definitely beats the WD1500 Raptor. However, the amazing transfer performance is not enough to dominate in the application benchmarks.
    Same thing for the temps...
Although the new Raptor spins considerably faster that its competitors, the WD1500 did not really get warmer than the 7,200 RPM drives. This is impressive proof of the advances that have been made in reducing friction and increasing the efficiency of heat dissipation.
2- You can get any 16x DVD burner double side like Liteon, LG, Samsung, sony, asus, finally almost any drive around 30-45$ There's still no point going with SATA optical drive for now. Wait for price drop... (in a year or 2)

If you want some good harddrives, try the Seagate Barracudas.
