sparse data from ya, but it could be a corrupt profile. try logging on as a different account and see if it crashes then.

i've tried logging in as my standard user and just as administrator

When logging in to administrator it simply says i need to activate windows with a prompt to do that now, click yes and it then logs me off.

WHat details do you need to know?

Sounds to me like you need to remove your data and reload your OS. Much less time consuming than troubleshooting.
I would suggest trying boot logging and checking the logs in case it is just a failed service.

ditto. esp since you're having trouble with safeamode, and the repair install didn't fix it.
