    Default dual core for 91.90

    intels dual core P4... for 91.90
    this processor has been reviewed by tomshardware to overclock to over 4gbs with no major cooling instalations.... so here it is
    EPYK : very imposing or impressive; surpassing the ordinary

    lots of mod tutorials

    I think he might be refering to things beyond just water cooling:
    phase change
    peltier blocks
    liquid nitrogen
    etc.
    These major cooling solutions are generally used in order to push a processor to its real limits in terms of GHz and such.

    Personally I would rather just buy the ~200USD conroe and use the stock fan, it would cost a lot less for probably better performance. Plus my electricity bill wouldn't be astronomical ;p
