    how would someone such as me make some thing like the lights on kitt in knight rider u know when the red light in front goes side to side

    theres actually a circuit that you should be able to find on a mod site somewhere, totally forgot where, but i know its out there. so if you want it too look just like it, they show you the basic design of a circuit that does almost exactly what you want. i think the only part thats not true to the original look is that their design has no fading of the lights really, so youd have to find a circuit or make one yourself that did that part. if you can solder, you should be able to do this. if you cant solder, im sure you can learn.

    Well I think the original light fading from knight rider was due to the fact that they used normal car lights. If you turn a car light off, it will still glow for a fraction of a second, thus creating an afterglow effect with the knight rider light...
