Modding an M:robe 500i

First, does anyone here have an Olympus m:robe 500i?
If you've never seen one they look like this.
The m:robe's hard drive runs off of the compact flash connection and needs no separate power. I would like to split the CompactFlash connector and install a second USB Port (Mini B):

so I can access the hard drive without using their included software.
Here's a diagram of what I have planned:

Does anyone know where and can get (or how I can make) a compact-flash splitter?
