    Default vandal proof switches?

What are Vandal-proof/resistant switches? I've heard people talk about them on here and seen them online but I can't find a definition or an explanation of what they are and what makes them any different from a regular button.

I think it's because you can't put a screwdriver under the edge and they are flat and made of metal so they are hard to destroy/steal.

    Correct me if I'm wrong

You can wire the light to the power indicator or the HDD.
