It would help if I didn't need anger management. I messed and now im very pissed. I've already broken something :/ That didn't help me so I just hit my self in the head a few times, now I have a headache. Ill try to do something tonight if i don't get mad again. Well it just helps me cool down. Yes, it sounds weird but it works. Like my friend that gets mad when playing CS:S he throws his mouse across the room and hits his screen. I think it helps a bit, though I think im going to start throwing stuff like glass instead of hitting myself. Either way like I said I have an anger problem.

Lets hope its a CRT with thick glass and the mouse is a wirless one.
