    Default I'm building a steadicam

Merlin style. Here's the first test footage of it. I'm just using my iPhone here, but normally, I'll be using my Canon T3i. I'm still playing around with the counter weights, but there will be a longer video showing all the parts I used.. Mainly pvc conduit, a skateboard bearing, some washers, and a traxxas u-joint.

Aw, no gyroscopes or magnetic suspension?
My mind says Technic, but my body says Duplo.

Going to get some pics of your ghetto steadycam? It sure appears to be working damn well.

Yeah, I'll have the video explaining everything and how it's put together. It really does work well considering how easy it is to build. I think that it's just a matter of training myself how to use it now.

I'm randomly trying to assemble a home made one as well, although i'm sure its not the same design in the least, lol mines using springs.

I'd really like to see your design though because I liked the gentle sway in yours.

Dude this is really cool! It's really smooth. Aside from a little of the swaying it's really nice.
