Thrasher2 over at PCApex made me the door sticker.

The bumper sticker was easy enough for me

I had to apply bondo to the front, because its got to be like the movie.

    Next comes the wheels.

Since the bottom had to be dropped, the wheels are going to be too wide

So I cut them in half

I had to use this saw because I'm doing it at 11:00 p.m. and my kids are asleep

It actually only took about 5 minutes.

Good to see you are still going with this. Maybe when you are close to finishing it put a pair of tiny fluffy dice haning from the drivers mirror that would be so cool.

I don't think Cathodes draw to many amps it should be ok.

After a lot of time and breaks inbetween finishing Interceptor, I will complete this mod. But there's a change. The UPS I was going to use for this Mod is DEAD. I have no idea how. Anyway, I think I want to try to make a PC instead using a Mini ITX.

I did some testing today. I wired up my Epia M10,000 Mini ITX to an ITX sized PSU, a spare CD drive and a 30GB hard drive from an old Creative Nomad MP3 player.

Here's my ITX and my tiny HD

The BIOS don't show my HD or CD drive so I changed the cable twice and still nothing. I guess the actual mobo port is bad??

I moved on to the front grill and added a fresh layer of bondo

    Then sanded.

I really like this One! You have alottt going on over there
. .what is this like 2 or 3 projects going on at the same time?

Very Imaginative, and Out of the ordinary. I'm gonna subscribe to this one.
Thats besides the fact the I've watched Spaceballs more than any other movie ever.

Obviously, I don't know what you've done in troubleshooting, but try using cable select on the CD drive. See what happens.

    I will.

I'm going to add a power button and 2 usb ports to the outside.

I put the ITX inside the Winnebago. As you can see, I'll have a crapload of space for whatever.

Ironic that you were making a replacement case for your UPS, when I scooped the same UPS (which was dead) for it's case to use for a future mod. I spotted a dozen of them in a dumpster. I wonder if they're any good?

Also try booting up with just one drive attached. Then switch drives and try again. They might not like each other, and as stated, it might be their Master/Slave/Cable Select jumper settings.
