I managed to get a power supply to power my 6850.

Took it to my IT teacher for testing. Exact same results and display, despite me having a VGA connection, and him using a DVI.

1) RMA. Try that until it's a total failure.

And it's over a year old, no warranty.
But hey, I now have a Core 2 Quad 2.4 computer out of the deal.

As for the "connectivity" errors on the first pic, it may have been I didn't hook up Ethernet properly.
*Wait a second; that's EXACTLY what was happening to my iMac G5!

OK, I have a q6600 that came from the computer I got the PSU from.
Should I keep the case and mobo, or upgrade to a DDR3 board?
My biggest concern is, the tower is a Gateway BTX.
