    Default RAM settings in BIOS

I just finished my new Build

    Cooler Master HAF 922 case
    Intell Core i5-2500k
    ASUS P8Z68-V Pro Motherboard
    ASUS ENGTX 560 Ti GPS
    2x4Gb G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) 1.5v 9-9-9-24

I went to the BIOS to look at the ram settings and they are way off, apparently the Auto detect isnt very accurate. This is whats in the BIOS

Voltage 1.65 (should be 1.5v - I need to change this)

    Primary Timings
DRAM CAS# Latency CHA 11, CHB 11 (is this supposed to be 9?)
    " " RAS# to CAS# Delay CHA 11, CHB 11 " "
    " " RAS# PRE Time CHA 11, CHB 11 " "
" " RAS# ACT Time CHA 28, CHB 28 (is this supposed to be 24?)
DRAM Command Mode CHA 1, CHB 1

So these should be 9-9-9-24, correct?

    But what about/are These:

    Secondary Timings
    DRAM RAS# to RAS# Delay CHA 5, CHB 5
    " " Ref Cycle Time CHA 128, CHB 128
    " " Refresh Interval CHA 6240, CHB 6240
    " " Write Recovery Time CHA 6, CHB 6
" " Four Act WIN Time CHA 24, CHB 24
" " Write to Read Delay CHA 6, CHB 6
" " CKE Minimum Pulse Width CHA 4, CHB 4
    RTL (CHA) CHA D0: 32 CHA D1: 39
    RTL (CHB) CHB D0: 32 CHB D1: 40

    Third Timings
tWRDR (DD) CHA 1, CHB 1
tRWDR (DD) CHA 3, CHB 3
    tRWSR CHA 3, CHB 3
tRR (DD) CHA 3, CHB 3
tRR (DR) CHA 1, CHB 1
    tRRSR CHA 4, CHB 4
tWW (DD) CHA 3, CHB 3
    tWW(DR) CHA 3, CHB 3
    tWWSR CHA 4, CHB 4

If I change the primary will i need to do anything to the secondary or third timings?
