Welcome Tt-Enthusiasts! I find it quite refreshing that a company is willing to get right down in the trenches to get direct feed back on issues, and also to listen on what your typical enthusiast is looking for in a product. I can imagine it can be a rough spot to be in at times.

Thank you for joining our community!

Welcome Tt-Enthusiasts! Having worked with Thermaltake over the last few years, and met some of the US marketing team at CES, its exciting to see you join our forums. One thing I would really like to see on future TT eSports gaming mice is the inclusion of a flat metal scroll wheel with a flat rubber grip. The current Black Element is a great mouse (both OvRiDe and Myself use this mouse) but I feel that the scroll wheel is lacking the feel of other manufacturers high end mice.

Thank you for that, and I will see what we can do with this request.

Glad to see that the companies are coming to the consumers.

Not that much you can do for me or I can do for you; I'm broke right now, and have not had a chance to buy your products.

I've got an idea for a case; do you accept .skp (Google SketchUp) files?
Two years. They were great. Let's make the next ones even better!
