    Default Cryogenic Treatments

My stepdad offers cryogenic treatment of metals that greatly increases their strength and durability, If you're interested in more information, or getting the process done, send me a PM, I don't want to link directly on the site to avoid spam sent to him.

The treatment is useful on anything that lives in a high stress environment, Pistons, cams, and anything of that sort. It is also useful on razor blades, knives, and anything that needs to keep an edge. oddly it helps with metal baseball bats and golf clubs, adding distance and decreasing vibrations.

The basic process involves heating then rapidly cooling the metal (using liquid nitrogen) to strengthen the metal by aligning it's crystalline structure.

If you're interested send a pm and i'll direct you to his contact info, and do his website.

Yes, musicians treat their instruments for that reason.
