Hmmmm, how fast do you need the money and how would you want the payment? I've only got like 500$ in my Paypal account right now and I was gonna use some of that to buy some doodads and tools I needed for my project... Is this like a "needed it yesterday" kind of urgency or a "need it by the end of the month" kind of urgency?

After reviewing my finances I unfortunately have way too much stuff on the go right now that require "monetary" attention... I'm sorry I can't help ya pay rent but there's just no way I could work 700$ into the budget for this month... Really sorry, hopefully someone else comes along, it's a great deal.
