Default overclocking Athlon 3800+. is is worth the effort?

So I have Athlon 3800+ @ 2GHz. it is cooled by a radiator and 7cm fan.
I use program Core Temp to measure temperature of my CPU. At constant, long 100% of CPU usage the temperature stays below 55 (51-53 mostly) degrees Celsius, and keeps around 33-40 during normal usage.

I'm not really good in messing that deep into my computer, so I'd like to ask- is it worth to overclock ny CPU to, let's say, 2.2 GHz? And is it safe without any additional cooling involved? And on what level (theoretically) would be the upper limit of overclocking in this case?

You'll need to keep it below about 60C, so you currently don't have much headroom. You could try adding another fan to see if you can bring the temps down and, if so, then overclock a little bit. 2.2Ghz should be pretty easy with more cooling.
    I'll procrastinate tomorrow.
