Cheap IPS monitors (yes, I know, a contradiction).

So, I'm throwing something around in my head and thought I'd get some feedback on it. Does anyone know of any cheap (in context, less than $250) monitors, at least 1920x1080, with IPS panels. IPS is important because what I'm thinking of will require the vertical viewing angles that IPS provides. The cheapest I've found are a Dell and a Viewsonic, both 21.5" 1920x1080, both ~$270.

If you know the model numbers, Ebay it. I get so much stuff from there now it's scary.

Look up Dell's Days of Deal. There is a 23" UltraSharp at 230$ today.
