A new story entry has been added:

    By Colin M. Ormsby

Earlier this week, Spire informed us that they are adding another new chassis to the lineup. The Sentor 6004 appears to be a mid-high end case, with all of the flexibility we've become used to. Lots of cooling capacity along with completely flexible universal drive bays and a spacious interior certainly offers some promise. Full press release after the break.

looks nice and all, but for that kind of money (or less even) you can get a case with more features, like a motherboard tray cutout for cooler mounting and cable management holes alongside the motherboard as well, not just under it.

also, I'm not a huge fan of the whole meshed side panel. think of the amount of dust that's going to get sucked in there without some kind of filter on each fan!

as it the price should be around ~$60-70 USD.

like mt Tempest EVO for example. Same price point, but comes with 4 120mm fans and 2 140mm fans, with a simple filter on the side intake and both front panel mesh AND a micro screen covering the front 2 120mm intakes, plus a screen filter for the PSU intake. The side 120mm fan is perched to blow air directly onto the GPU, and the motherboard tray has a rear cutout for cooler mounting, and several vertical cable management holes alongside the motherboard.

Too expensive for it's lackluster feature set. It seems to be only slightly better than your standard $40 through $80 priced case. That's not to say it lacks features out-right but rather in comparison to it's price point.

It doesn't seem to be a bad case so much as it's just over-priced in such a fairly fierce competitive market. The question to the average consumer will ultimately beg, why should I buy this? When I can buy that?

You know, I am the exact opposite on mesh side panels. I absolutely love them. My Storm Sniper had one and IMO it provided much better cooling than a windowed case. I keep begging Cooler Master to release a mesh sided HAF X. I would buy one the same day it was released if they did.

This. The Dragon Slayer had a full mesh side and I loved it also. I even removed the plexi panel from my Hiper Anubis, leaving just the bare mesh.

..I don't visit the front page very often... ..anyways, OT..

This looks suspiciously like a Cooler Master Centurion with a mesh side panel for twice the price...usually it goes the other way (ie, random Chinese company makes copy and it's a lot cheaper, not more expensive). -_^
