With 2TB drives hitting $69.99 recently, shrug. I'd rather get bare drives and toss them into a dual enclosure like that, and get the 3-5 year warranty instead. But that is just me.

Ya, I just realized it was 2tbx2 and not 1tbx4.

Seems a bit much. I'f i were to buy an external now (which i havent ever) it would have to have network controller so it could act as a nas when it was at home. Regardless of size or disk config.
