    I'm more of an FPS/Racing sim guy with the occasional MMORPG. I don't really have any drive to play games I can't really advance in, it feels pointless to play. I'll give it a try though. I just checked and I don't have the actual HL2 game itself, only the deathmatch and "Lost Coast" -- whatever that is.

    lost coast is pretty. mostly just a system tester really.

    I have HL2, but I haven't installed it yet. I just picked up Morrowind and Fallout3: New Vegas will be here in two days!

    HL2 is fun and will entertain you. It isn't QUITE as involved as fallout 3, but will be a challenge and has an awesome storyline. very interactive environment too. (using sawblades as a weapon w/ the grav gun? yes please!)
