    my i7 870, pulling about 8k, a phenom2x4 @ 4.0, pulling another 8k, an i5 from my laptop, pulling roughly 1.4k, and an old dual core laptop pulling about 1k

    I got a 980x pulling 30k, a 2500k pulling 15k, a 950 pulling 10k

    That's odd...all my CPU WUs are going through just fine. I can't imagine why you might be having trouble.

    Well I got my system on here out of curiosity to see what it can do. It's a 3870x2.

    my Q6600 @ 3GHz is ~3500ppd and my 6870 @ 950/1150 is ~3500ppd as well. I may throw in the 5850 I've got sitting around and see if that helps at all

    I just reset my SMP client to change some settings, and now it is only getting 350 PPD with 100% cpu usage, but my GPU has magically increased to 6.7K ppd, so I'm actually getting more points.
