Installed the loop tonight. BTW it is possible to do 3/8" tygon on 1/2" fatboys with out heating the tygon with hot water first. Its not easy nor is it fun, but it is possible. I just tucked the fill port into the top 5.25" bay until I can figure out were I am going to mount it.

Here is the drain port setup I mentioned above. The ball valve is a 1/2" valve with barbed ends made for PEX tubing. The handle will be removed when the PC is finished leak testing. I have not mounted the drain yet, because I need to buy a 1" drill bit first.

That's the truth. They require more than a little persuasion to get started. Once started you can rock them the rest of the way on. I was able to pull one off of a barb too but it was almost impossible.

Yea Kayin, I have some photos of the fluid separating when I drained it the first time.

WTF, am I the only person who hasn't had Fesser One separate on them?

Loop looks good CJ...now you just need to get your GPU into that loop.

Well its air and leak free. I don't want to spoil my review but I can say that the temps have held up much better than any thing else I have tested this year!
